    Brisket is a lovely main to serve to your guests, full of flavour and personality and extremely versatile, but what lovely dish can you serve alongside it? There's a variety to pick from, and deciding the flavour combination you want to go for is extremely important.

    Brazilian Tomato Slaw

    Whilst not a very common combo that you'll find in the UK, a Brazilian tomato slaw is a fantastic side to serve with brisket. The acidity of the tomatoes cuts through the richness of the beef and provides a lovely contrast in textures and flavours.
