When you've spent ages perfecting that pulled pork recipe alongside the time it normally takes do it properly, you want to make sure that any leftovers are used in the best way possible! Once you've slow cooked that pork, you've done the hardest part, now you can stick it into a dish of your choice with a couple of extra ingredients and you're away!

A classic when it comes to using up leftover pulled pork, this is my go-to as it's so simple and easy and you can load them up as much or as little as you like. Also.. cheese, I absolutely love cheese.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag corn tortilla chips
- 2 cups pulled pork (warmed up)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño, sliced thin
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (see notes for our favorite)
Creamy BBQ Pulled Pork Spaghetti

Ingredients:
- 12-13 oz spaghetti noodles, cooked al dente according to directions
- 3-4 cups pulled pork
- 2/3 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 12 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, cojack etc.)

Pulled Pork Chilli

Ingredients:
- 2 c. leftover pulled pork
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes 14.5 oz cans
- 15 oz corn drained
- 15.5 oz chili beans
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sweet and smokey rub
- 1 c. beef broth
- Additional toppings; crushed chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocados etc

Pulled Pork Hash

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or EVOO
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 orange pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 cup pulled pork
- 5 large potatoes, boiled and then diced into cubes (peeling optional)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
